Free Parking
You have several options for parking! There are two surface lots directly to the east of the building and ample street parking. All options are free and marked in yellow in the photo below.
Front Entrance
The front entrance faces West 9th Street. Two set of stairs required. See call box instructions below.
Rear Entrance
This entrance is ADA compliant and you can step straight onto the elevator once inside the building. No stairs required. Access the rear entrance and parking via Liberty Street.
Call Box
You’ll need to buzz yourself in. Check your appointment reminder message/email to get your access code. Please send me a message at 816-226-8678 if you’ve lost your code.

You don’t have to travel to the suburbs to see your therapist. I have loved living near this area for years and thought to myself: I wish there was a therapist in the West Bottoms. So I made that happen. If you’re like me, neighborhoods like this have always felt like home and you’ll love the charm of the historic Hobbs building. The artist lofts in this building are home to many different artists; painters, sculptors, etc. Being in this building feels like being right in the center of Kansas City’s creative soul.
